อันที่จริงเราสามารถปฏิบัติภาวนาได้เกือบตลอดทั้งวัน
ไม่จำเป็นต้องรอให้มีเวลาไปวัดหรือเข้าห้องพระ
เรื่องนี้ทุกท่านในเว็บแห่งนี้คงทราบดีอยู่แล้ว
แต่ว่าผมตั้งใจทำซีดีชุดนี้แจกให้เพื่อนๆบางคนที่ยังไม่เข้าใจเรื่องนี้ จึงอยากใส่ความรู้ตรงนี้ลงไปด้วย

สามารถใช้ชาร์จได้เฉพาะโทรศัพท์มือถือ (ผมทดลองแล้วไม่สามารถชาร์จเครื่องเล่น MP3 ทั่วไปได้)
