โรคตับ โรคร้ายอีกโรคที่กว่าจะรู้ตัวก็สายไปเสียแล้ว แต่หากรู้เท่าทันอาการ อาจรักษาทันและป้องกันได้

ตับ อวัยวะสำคัญอย่างหนึ่งของร่างกาย อยู่ใต้ชายโครงด้านขวา มีหน้าที่ผลิตน้ำดี เพื่อย่อยอาหารประเภทไขมัน และกำจัดสารพิษตกค้างในร่างกาย นอกจากนั้นยังช่วยผลิตสารที่นำเกล็ดเลือดไปห้ามเลือดได้ด้วย ส่วนโรคเกี่ยวกับตับนั้นมีหลายชนิด ทั้งตับอักเสบ ซึ่งเกิดจากการติดเชื้อไวรัส หรือจากสารพิษ กรรมพันธุ์ หรือภาวะภูมิแพ้ตนเอง ตับแข็ง เกิดจากการสะสมของเนื้อเยื่อแข็งที่ทดแทนเซลล์ตับที่ตายไป โดยมักเกิดจากเชื้อไวรัส ภาวะพิษสุราเรื้อรัง หรือการได้รับสารพิษต่างๆ ผู้ป่วยโรคตับมักจะไม่มีอาการที่ชัดเจน กว่าจะตรวจพบว่าเป็นก็สายไปแล้ว วันนี้จึงมีข้อสังเกตอาการเบื้องต้น สัญญาณบ่งบอกของการเป็นโรคตับ เพื่อที่จะได้ทำการรักษาได้ทันท่วงทีมาฝาก

- เครียด ขี้หงุดหงิด อารมณ์ฉุนเฉียว ตกใจง่าย

- ปวดแน่นชายโครงเป็นบางครั้ง มีอาการตึงเกร็งที่กล้ามเนื้อช่องท้อง ปวดท้องน้อยบ่อย หรือรู้สึกร้อนวูบวาบในช่องอก

- นอนหลับยาก มักง่วงนอนตอนกลางวัน และอ่อนเพลียไม่มีเรี่ยวแรง

- รู้สึกมีอะไรจุกอยู่ในคอหอย จะกลืนก็ไม่ลง จะคายก็ไม่ออก และเบื่ออาหาร ท้องอืดท้องเฟ้อคล้ายอาหารไม่ย่อย เรอบ่อย

- ผิวหน้าซีดเหลือง ไม่มีเลือดฝาด มีฝ้าบนใบหน้า

- มุมปากและริมฝีปากหมองคล้ำ ลิ้นออกสีม่วงคล้ำ ขอบลิ้นมีรอยกดทับของฟัน

- เจ็บหรือคัดเต้านม โดยเป็นหนักขึ้นช่วงก่อนมีประจำเดือน สำหรับผู้หญิง และปวดหน่วงอัณฑะ สำหรับผู้ชาย

- รู้สึกหายใจไม่เต็มท้อง ต้องถอนหายใจบ่อย ๆ

วาน นี้ (26 กรกฎาคม) สถานทูตเยอรมนีประจำประเทศไทยออกแถลงการณ์อย่างเป็นทางการ เรียกร้องให้ประเทศไทยจ่ายเงินชดเชยจำนวน 36 ล้านยูโร หรือประมาณ 1,500 ล้านบาท แก่บริษัทวอลเตอร์ บาว ตามคำตัดสินของอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ เมื่อปี พ.ศ.2552 ที่เคยมีมติให้รัฐบาลไทยต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายให้บริษัทวอลเตอร์ บาว ซึ่งเคยถือหุ้นในกลุ่มบริษัทผู้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างทางยกระดับดอนเมืองโทลล์ เวย์ ช่วงปี พ.ศ.2523 แต่เป็นเพราะรัฐบาลไทยได้เข้ามาแทรกแซงเรื่องเงื่อนไขสัญญาจนโครงการขาดทุน แม้ว่าทางรัฐบาลเยอรมนีจะเคยเรียกร้องไปรัฐบาลหลายครั้งแล้ว แต่สุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ข้อตกลงที่น่าพอใจร่วมกัน

ในแถลงการณ์ของสถานทูตเยอรมนียังระบุด้วยว่า การจ่ายเงินชดเชยให้บริษัทวอลเตอร์ บาว จะเป็นการปกป้องการลงทุนที่ประเทศไทย และประเทศเยอรมนีร่วมลงนามกันไว้ และเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีเอาไว้ โดยรัฐบาลประเทศเยอรมนีคาดหวังว่า รัฐบาลไทยจะปฏิบัติตามคำตัดสินนี้อย่างเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่ทำได้

ขณะที่ทางฝ่ายไทย โดยนายเจษฎา กตเวทิน รองอธิบดีกรมสารนิเทศ ในฐานะรักษาการโฆษกกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ (กต.) ออกมาระบุถึงการออกแถลงการณ์ของสถานทูตเยอรมนีครั้งนี้ว่า เบื้องต้นทางรัฐบาลไทยได้ทำหนังสือลงนามชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริงจากนายกรัฐมนตรี ถึงทางการเยอรมนีแล้ว และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นมาจากการตีความทางกฎหมายไม่ตรงกัน ทั้งนี้ ไม่ใช่ว่ารัฐบาลไทยจะตั้งใจไม่ชำระหนี้ แต่ต้องรอให้มีคำตัดสินของศาลที่เป็นที่สิ้นสุดตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายก่อน โดยคาดว่าวันนี้จะได้ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เพิ่มเติม

ทั้ง นี้ รองอธิบดีกรมสารนิเทศ ยังยืนยันด้วยว่า เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวจะไม่กระทบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับเยอรมนีอย่างแน่นอน ส่วนที่ทางเยอรมนีอายัดเครื่องบินโบอิ้ง 737 นั้น ในความเป็นจริงแล้ว ทางการเยอรมนีไม่มีอำนาจที่จะอายัด เพราะเป็นเครื่องบินส่วนพระองค์ และไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นบริษัทวอลเตอร์ บาว

'ล่อ' ฮีโร่ผู้อาภัพ

เหตุการณ์เศร้า แบล็กฮอว์กตก มีสัตว์ประเภทหนึ่งในกองทัพที่ได้มาช่วยในภารกิจครั้งนี้ด้วย นั่นคือ 'ล่อ' มาทำความรู้จักสัตว์ชนิดนี้กัน

'ล่อ' สัตว์ที่ร่วมในภารกิจตามหา ฮ.แบล็กฮอว์กของทบ.ตก เมื่อวันที่ 19 ก.ค. ที่ผ่านมา มีหน้าที่ช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระของทหารในการขนสัมภาระไปในพื้นที่ทุรกันดาร ต้องยอมรับว่าสัตว์ชนิดนี้ก็น่ายกย่องไม่แพ้คนเช่นกัน ดังนั้นวันนี้จะพาทุกคนไปรู้จัก 'ล่อ' กัน

หลาย ๆ ท่านคงทราบแล้วว่า "ล่อ" เป็นสัตว์ผสมระหว่าง "ลาตัวผู้" กับ "ม้าตัวเมีย" หรือจะสลับกันก็ได้ และผลจากการผสมพันธุ์กันนี้ ทำให้รูปร่างหน้าตาของล่อ มีส่วนเหมือนทั้งม้าและลา กล่าวคือ ล่อจะมีกระดูกส่วนหลังคล้ายกับลา แต่มีกระดูกส่วนขาและอื่น ๆ เหมือนม้า ส่วนเสียงของเจ้านี่ ก็เป็นเสียงผสมผสานระหว่างเสียงร้องของม้าและเสียงของลาเช่นกัน

ส่วนท่านที่เคยสงสัยว่า ถ้าพ่อเป็นลา แม่เป็นม้า ลูกจะออกมาเป็นล่อ แล้วลูกของล่อล่ะจะเป็นอะไร ขอเฉลยว่า ไม่มีทางที่เหตุการณ์นี้จะเกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากเป็นที่น่าเสียดายว่า ล่อเป็นสัตว์ที่เป็นหมัน ไม่สามารถมีลูกได้อีกต่อไป ข้อควรสังเกตอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือ หากอยากรู้ว่าล่อตัวนั้น ๆ มีพ่อหรือแม่เป็นลาหรือม้า ให้ดูว่ารูปร่างหน้าตาของล่อเหมือนสัตว์ชนิดไหนมากกว่ากัน ถ้าเหมือนตัวไหนก็ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่า มีแม่เป็นตัวนั้น

ว่ากันว่าบุคคลแรกที่นำสัตว์สองพันธุ์มาผสมกันจนเกิดเป็นล่อ คือ อภิมหาเศรษฐี ในสมัยฟาโรฮ์ รามิเซส ชาวอิสราเอล ชื่อ "กอรูน" ล่อเป็นสัตว์ที่มีความอดทนสูงและมีความจำเป็นเลิศ รวมทั้งยังมีพละกำลังแข็งแรงอีกด้วย แต่มักจะอารมณ์แปรปรวนบ่อย ๆ.

ง่ายๆทดสอบสารต้องห้ามปนครีมบำรุงผิว

เผยวิธีตรวจครีมหน้าเด้ง-เร่งผิวขาว เพื่อตรวจหาสารต้องห้าม ด้วยวิธีทดสอบง่ายๆ ทำเองได้ที่บ้าน ลดโอกาสเสี่ยงผิวเสีย

‘มุมสุขภาพ-สามัญประจำบ้าน’วันนี้เตือนผู้ที่อยากมีผิวขาวใสสไตล์เกาหลี ที่หาซื้อครีมทาหน้า ทาตัว จากทางอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือตามร้านที่ไม่น่าเชื่อถือ ซึ่งอวดสรรพคุณของครีมดังกล่าวไว้ว่า สามารถเร่งให้ผิวขาวกระจ่างใสได้ภายในระยะเวลาไม่นาน ควรระวัง! เพราะครีมอาจผสมสารต้องห้าม ชื่อ ไฮโดรควิโนน ที่สำนักงานอาหารและยา หรือ อย. สั่งห้ามนำมาผสมลงในผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในการควบคุมของแพทย์ หรือถ้าหากมีผสมต้องไม่เกินจากปริมาณที่กำหนด คือ 3-5% เฉพาะครีมทาฝ้าต้องไม่เกิน 2% แต่เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผิว ไม่ควรเสี่ยงใช้ครีมที่มีไฮโดรควิโนนโดยปราศจากการดูแลจากแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

อันตรายของสารไฮโดรควิโนน หากใช้โดยไม่อยู่ในความดูแลของแพทย์และเกินปริมาณที่เหมาะสมจะส่งเสียต่อผิว คือ ทำให้ผิวบางลง เมื่อสัมผัสกับแสงแดดก็จะหมองคล้ำลงกว่าเดิม และมีอาการแสบ แดง คัน มีผื่น ทำให้เกิดฝ้าถาวร หากใช้ต่อเนื่องไปนานๆ อาจเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นมะเร็งผิวหนัง เนื่องจากฤทธิ์ของไฮโดรควิโนน จะซึมเข้าไปยับยั้งกระบวนการสร้างเม็ดสีหรือเมลานินนั่นเอง

วิธีทดสอบว่าครีมมีสารไฮโดรควิโนนปนอยู่หรือไม่ เภสัชกรได้เผยไว้ในงานของยูเซอริน “Skin Care Revolution Without Thinning Skin” ปลอดภัย...ไร้ สารทำให้ผิวบาง โดยวิธีที่ง่ายที่สุด และสามารถทำได้ด้วยตนเองที่บ้าน คือ นำครีมที่ต้องการทดสอบมาผสมกับผงซักฟอกในสัดส่วนที่เท่าๆ กัน ถ้าครีมนั้นมีสารต้องห้ามอยู่จะทำให้ผงซักฟอกเปลี่ยนเป็นสีที่เข้มขึ้น หากทิ้งไว้นานๆ จะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีน้ำตาลอย่างชัดเจน ตรงกันข้าม หากครีมไม่มีสารไฮโดรควิโนนอยู่เลย ผงซักฟอกก็จะไม่เปลี่ยนสี

อีกวิธี ใช้ชุดทดสอบจากอย. โดยแบ่งครีมออกมาส่วนหนึ่ง แล้วหยดสารทดสอบลงที่เนื้อครีม ถ้ามีสารไฮโดรควิโนน ครีมจะกลายเป็นสีเขียวภายในระยะเวลา 5 วินาที

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีวิธีทดสอบครีมว่ามีสเตียรอยด์หรือสารที่ทำให้เกิดสิว ผิวบาง ผิวแพ้ง่าย อยู่หรือไม่ เพียงทาครีมที่ต้องการทดสอบลงที่ผิวหนัง เช่น ที่แขน จากนั้นปิดพลาสเตอร์ไว้นาน 6 ชั่วโมง เมื่อครบกำหนดแล้วให้ดึงพลาสเตอร์ออก หากผิวหนังบริเวณที่ปิดพลาสเตอร์เอาไว้เป็นสีขาวอย่างเห็นได้ชัด แสดงว่า ครีมนั้นมีสารสเตียรอยด์อยู่.
